1. What are the delivery times of my order?

Our products are shipped with care from Worldwide warehouses. The average delivery time is 2-8 business days, depending on your location. In case of any delays, we will always keep you informed.

2. How can I track my order?

Log in to your profile and go to “My Orders” to track your package live. You will also receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

3. Can I cancel my order?

This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Send us an email as soon as possible via contact@animalio.eu and we will be happy to look into it for you.

4. What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. Make sure it is unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake.
