At Animalio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. Still not completely satisfied? No problem — we're happy to help!

💌 Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer protection law.

📦 Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused , unwashed and in original condition .

  • All labels, packaging and any accessories must be present and undamaged.

  • The products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Unfortunately, returns that arrive damaged or clearly used may be refused.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake (for example, an incorrect or defective item).

After approval of your return request, you will receive the return address and further instructions by email.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days .

You will receive a confirmation from us once the refund has been processed.

🚫 Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned (unless defective):

  • Items on sale or with “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene products such as dog clothes, drinking bowls or opened food

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation (optional, but appreciated!)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
