How do you request a return?

You will need your order number and the email address or phone number you used during checkout.

Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
• For hygienic reasons, underwear and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake with your order.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit – depending on your choice during the returns process.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange a product (for example a different size or color)? This is also possible via the return portal. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you the new product.
